Résumé

I’m an invited researcher collaborating with ISTerre researchers dealing with the evolution of Himalayan erosion and paleoenvironment conditions during quaternary times from recently drilled material in the Bengal Fan (IODP expedition 354). The paleoceanographic as well as paleoenvironmental reconstructions and age constraints will be based on calcareous nannofossils study.
The following request is a financial support to attend a summer school organized by the International Nannoplankton Association (Lyon, 2nd to 7th of July 2018) focused on the evolution and taxonomy of calcareous nannoplankton with practical lab sessions. Such a course will be of great help for my collaboration with ISTerre researchers, as I will improve my knowledge of paleoceanography, new developments in micropaleontological techniques and statistical treatments for further micropaleontological investigations.
